The Air Jordan 14 'Yellow Ferrari' is the second release of the classic Jordan model in a colorway inspired by the luxury sports car brand. The design of the Jordan 14 itself was inspired by the Ferrari 550 Maranello, as Tinker Hatfield took cues from the high-end car for the sleek lines, tongue 'spoiler,' and side Jumpman logo emblems of the shoe. In 2014 Jordan Brand released the first 'Ferrari' Jordan 14, constructed in a lush red suede upper with faux carbon fiber accents on the midsole. The theme returned for this 'Yellow Ferrari' edition featuring a premium leather upper. The Air Jordan 14 'Yellow Ferrari' released on June 22, 2019 in limited quantities.
